Pay: $18/hr - $20/hr
Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM M-F. Potential for 10-hour workdays and 8-hour Saturdays
Safety Culture:
<ul>
 <li>Set up and operate press brake machines to form, bend, and shape metal sheets to precise specifications.</li>
 <li>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure correct dimensions and tolerances.</li>
 <li>Select and install proper tooling and materials for each job.</li>
 <li>Monitor the operation of the press brake, making adjustments to machine settings as needed to ensure optimal performance.</li>
 <li>Inspect finished parts for quality, ensuring they meet customer and company standards.</li>
 <li>Perform routine maintenance on the press brake machine to ensure continued proper operation.</li>
 <li>Safely load and unload material from the press brake.</li>
 <li>Work closely with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production deadlines.</li>
 <li>Follow all safety procedures, including wearing required PPE and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.</li>
 <li>Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or machine malfunctions to supervisors.</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements:
<ul>
 <li>Candidates should have experience with press brake operation and knowledge of safety measures.</li>
 <li>Significant lifting required.</li>
 <li>Bilingual preferred, but not required.</li>
