Corestaff is seeking an Onsite Client Service Representative for a temp to hire opportunity located in Albany, NY!

The Onsite Client Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a call center setting. This role involves helping clients with enrollment services, guiding them on managed care options, and assisting in choosing suitable health plans.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls for enrollment services, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns.


• Educate clients on managed care choices and help them select appropriate health plans.


• Stay updated on the New York Medicaid CHOICE Project to provide accurate information.


• Assist clients through the enrollment and disenrollment process.


• Review and process enrollment forms, ensuring accuracy.


• Communicate with clients through letters and correspondence.


• Report issues to the Supervisor for resolution and conduct education sessions as needed.


• Assist with occasional mailroom tasks and work on Saturdays when required.


• Meet performance criteria and perform tasks assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Prior customer service experience and knowledge of the community.


• Strong communication, multitasking skills, and minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.


• Bilingual skills in commonly spoken languages may be necessary.


• Preferred: Two years in human services or public-facing roles.
