Now Hiring: IT Operations Support - Technical Customer Service
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $28/hour
Are you passionate about helping others solve technical problems? We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This onsite position supports day-to-day IT operations, ensuring employees and leadership receive reliable, high-quality technical assistance both in person and remotely.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver first-line technical support to users at all levels, including executives and leadership
- Respond to help desk requests quickly and professionally, providing clear and effective solutions
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve issues and improve service delivery
- Maintain detailed records of support requests using ticketing systems (ServiceNow experience a plus)
