Details:

• $26 per hour pay rate
• Full Time
• Contract
• Schedule: 8am -4 :30pm
• Hybrid in New York (3 days onsite per week)

Only considering candidates with the following:

• High school diploma required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong typing and keyboarding skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 10 pounds
• Strong manual dexterity for computer and phone use
• Previous data entry experience preferred
• Legal or litigation experience a plus
• Familiarity with e-filing and case management systems preferred
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Effective communication and time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and consistency
• Maintain and update case information in internal systems
• Utilize Microsoft Office and case management software effectively
• Handle e-filing of legal documents
• Organize and manage digital and paper records efficiently
• Collaborate with team members in a hybrid work environment
• Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
• Support general administrative tasks as needed
• Communicate professionally with internal teams
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive legal data
