- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate promptly and effectively via email, phone, text, and in person
- Ability to identify and report potential problems or customer concerns
- Experience with copy/print production and copier maintenance
- Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and inventory services
- Ability to review electronic files for print readiness
- Skilled in document finishing tasks (punching, binding, laminating, sorting, assembling)
- Attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks
- Capable of logging, tracking, and reporting activities accurately
- Dependable and punctual with task execution and on-site assignments
Responsibilities:
- Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
- Promptly reviews and responds to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal.
- Strong focus on providing good customer service.
- Responsibilities may include Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier Maintenance, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services
- Reviews electronic file for print readiness, prints documents, punches, binds, assembles, sorts, laminates and performs pre-delivery quality control check
- Receives, logs, delivers and tracks all activity for reporting purposes.
