Job Description:

As a Recruiter in our Louisville branch location, you will play a key role in identifying, screening, and placing qualified candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions for our clients. You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients.

- 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting & Sourcing:
    Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, and local outreach.
    Screen and interview applicants to determine skill level, availability, and cultural fit.
    Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Placement & Coordination:
    Match candidates to job openings that align with their skills and career goals.
    Coordinate interviews with clients and manage the hiring process.
    Prepare candidates for assignments and ensure all pre-employment requirements are met (background checks, drug screens, etc.).
  • Client Interaction:
    Support the branch team in maintaining and growing client relationships.
    Understand client requirements and work collaboratively to fill open orders promptly.
  • Administrative & Compliance:
    Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
    Process onboarding documents and manage assignment tracking.
  • Team Support:
    Collaborate with the sales and account management team to meet placement goals.
    Participate in team meetings and contribute to branch initiatives and goals.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred (will consider entry-level with strong customer service background).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS systems.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) required
